There are 3 ways to order:The easiest way to order is through the shopping basket on this website, it is totally secure and very easy to use.
We accept the following credit cards Master Card, Visa, Visa Electron, Delta, Switch, Maestro, Solo and JCB..
The second way is to phone your order through to us 01437 720433.
The third way is to post your order to us and you can send us a cheque or postal order (please do not send cash) payable to Ma Simes ltd. If you are using this method, please double check that your item/s is/are in stock before sending through your order and also make sure that you include a daytime contact telephone number, just in case we need to talk to you about your order.

Delivery
masimes.co.uk will despatch your order within one working day of it being placed subject to stock levels. If there is going to be a delay for any reason we will contact you. All quoted delivery times are based on standard working days i.e. Mon - Fri. Items can be delivered on our next working day or two working day (48 hour) service as long as they are ordered before 12:00 hours (Mon - Fri).The normal post option normally takes 3-5 working days (Mon - Fri). If you live in a far away location in the UK please allow an extra couple of days for delivery.:

Exchanges and Refunds
We try to supply only the highest quality product and believe you will be delighted with your product from masimes.co.uk. However, for your extra peace of mind all purchases are covered by our 14 day exchange or refund promise. So, if you are unhappy with the product in any way it can be returned to us following the steps outlined below. We aim to keep the process as simple as possible.If you return the product in its original condition including tags & packaging, we will refund you any money that you have paid us for that product, or provide with you with a same cost alternative if required. All you pay for is the return postage of the goods. To return an item please phone 01437 720433 and you will be issued with returns instructions. You can return your order in its original condition, to the address below, within 14 days of the date on your invoice. You will be responsible for the item or items until they reach us. For your own protection, we suggest you use a secure delivery method, which requires a signature upon delivery.
If you return an item that is not in its original condition or the tags have been removed we reserve the right to either refuse a refund or levy a charge of 25% of the original purchase price
